LA Live is a Hospitality project conceived and developed by Owner/Developer AEG Worldwide / Olympic & Georgia Partners LLC. The property is a mixed use development anchored by the J.W. Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotels, and the Ritz Carlton Residences. The 5-Star hotel facility contains a world-class SPA and Wolfgang Puck restaurant.
Adjacent are several venues including the Regal Cinemas, several premium class restaurants, a multi-purpose conference center, the Nokia Theater, and the Staples Center. Existing structures, in the immediate vacinity, include the LA Convention Center.
